We’ve partnered up with a great local selection of restaurants and homegrown establishments to bring you the tastiest, most delicious morcels of goodness available, all right to your door at a couple of taps.
With a growing number of places to order from and a fleet of friendly enthusiastic drivers, we aim to get your food to you as quickly as possible.
NomNoms is a locally grown company, a hungry ‘no pun intended’ dedicated and hardworking group of individuals all keen on bring you the best customer experience and food ordering service yet. Our app is created in house by a team of local developers and designers, allowing us to improve and optimize the application as our company developers.
We have a great team of social media and marketing experts ensuring we are constantly showing you food offerings, promotions and general news and update from the NomNoms team.
We launched in May 2019 and have started our humble beginnings taking on 20 of the finest and well rated local establishments, and we shall continue to grow at a sustainable rate.
You can order either on the website or by using the NomNoms app, available on iOS and Android. Simply choose your restaurant / establishment and you’re just a few clicks or taps away from making your order.
Once the restaurant receives your order, they’ll get to work preparing your food and then carefully package it. Once it's all ready to go, a NomNoms driver will pick it up and bring it to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We’ve launched with ordering hours starting from 11am up until 11pm, with last orders at 10:30pm, however we plan to extend this to allow for earlier breakfast orders in the near future.
Once you’ve placed your order, it’s sent directly to the restaurant for them to prepare and package. Once it’s ready, a NomNoms driver will pick up your order and bring it to your chosen delivery address.
We only take card payments because it lets us provide you with the best possible experience. It creates a safer working environment for riders too. Feel free to tip your driver in cash though, it is always greatly appreciated.
Tipping is completely optional, however, we do encourage driver tipping as this is always greatly appreciated by them and makes a big difference for them. You can choose to tip via the app when completing your order, or you can tip them in cash when they arrive with your food. Drivers will always receive 100% of their tips.
The minimum order total per order is £10. This includes the delivery fee of £3, so minimum order goods will be £7. You will be notified of this if you try to checkout below this threshold.
If you’ve received a NomNoms voucher code, you can enter this at the payment stage of checkout either on the app or website in the ‘Voucher Code’ field, and this will be deducted from your order total.
If the voucher exceeds the total amount, you will not receive credit for the leftover amount, so it’s best to use the voucher in one go. have a voucher code, you can redeem this in the app or on the website.
We strongly encourage all restaurants to implement the same pricing via the app as they do in the restaurants, however from time to time restaurants do of their own prerogative add on a little extra to the item prices. Please note this is not a NomNoms initiative but a decision carried out per restaurant as they have full control over their pricing.

Yes absolutely. You can choose when paying for your order whether you wish to have it delivered or prefer to collect yourself. You will receive a similar notification alerting you when your food is nearly ready so you can make your way over.
There is a small window where you are able to cancel your order, this is before the restaurant has accepted your order.
If this timeframe is exceeded and the restaurant has accepted your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel your order.
Packaging always depends on the type of food and restaurant you’re ordering from. Restaurants take great care to use packaging that maintains the correct temperature for as long as possible.
If you have suggestions regarding the packaging or appearance of your food when it’s delivered, please contact us on and we’ll pass on your feedback to the restaurant.
We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire NomNoms order experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving with you.
However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can use the Help section on our website r in the NomNoms app to contact a member of customer services and report any issues.

Sometimes things outside of a NomNoms drivers control can cause a delay although we will always try our best to keep these occurrences to an absolute minimum. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us on +350 200 xxxxx or on our Whatsapp number +350 xxxxxxxxx.
Your driver will always try to call you if there’s an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they’re unable to contact you, our Customer Service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates.
If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your rider will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
